  1. you will love Cafe Gandolfi, its traditional scottish fayre with an american mix, the atmosphere is amazing, the food is fabulous, the furniture is also a feature as are the stained glass windows by john clark (i think) Glasgow is a very cosmopolitan city when it comes to food, you name it-we have it, we are very lucky, the same applies to pubs and clubs, be more specific in what you want from your trip and i'm sure you'll receive loads of suggestions, i hope you have a fantastic time here!

merchant city-within the city centre is an excellant area to go, many many eating place there, and pubs, you have to try o'briens, its an irish pub, also try Waxy O'Conners off Buchanan Street, again city centre, the food is fab and you'll never have been in a pub like it-trust me!! if you are in the west end of the city the best place to go is ashton lane, both for foof & drink, ask anyone, they'll point you in the right direction, Glasgow is an easy city to get around, buses, trains and the underground aplenty!! in the city centre its so easy to start off one place and end up in 14 other places before the nights out!!
