Where to eat in Nottingham, UK?

Question

My boyfriend and I are going to Nottingham for the weekend and want to treat ourselves to a nice night out. Where should we go to eat? We want to get dressed up, we want the place to be cool and quite funky.... and we're big foodies so the food has to be amazing! Any thoughts?! (A good drinks list would be nice too!)

The menu is eclectic and contemporary, with several Mediterranean-inspired dishes and British classics such as beef sirloin béarnaise and glazed duck with onion marmalade offered.
