Where to extend visa??

My sister-in-law is a brazilian citizen who went to England on a tourist visa to visit family. Her visa is about to expire and she wants to extend it but doesn't know where to do that. Can anyone help me to help her?? Thanks!!

Embassy ! But - usually you can not extend a tourist visa.
