Where to file non-immigrant visa for USA?

I am looking to fill out DS-160 electronically but have no idea which web site I need to go to,

Go to any US Embassy and Consulate website; preferably one in the country you live in, and there will be a link to the electronic forms, although as far as I know, you'll be filling in an electronic version of the DS-156 form.
