Where to fill a nos tank?

I have a 10lb nos tank and i need to find out where to fill it up around riverside county.

A friend of mine used to get his refilled at a hot rod shop.  But be careful, some of them use a mixture of N2O (which is what you want) and an adulterant that doesn't affect an engine's performance, but makes the stuff really objectionable to smell (and inhale).   Specifically put there by the companies who don't want their product used for anything other than in hot rod hobbyist's engines.
