Where to find 18mm chrome plated copper pipe in UK?

Question

I've got a shower that needs repairing, however the pipe between the tap and the shower head is 18mm diameter, not the standard 15mm or 22mm. I've tried everywhere to locate a replacement (I need a 110mm length) but nobody's ever heard of copper pipe in that size. There's no brand name on the shower, so I can't go back to them. Any help?
