Where to find Free baby stuff???

Question

I am a single mother of one baby girl and would like to find free stuff for my baby!!! I have tried to search for some free stuff but end up having to answer questions and take all of these offers and c**p before I can get anywhere. I just want free stuff and samples for my little one. I need all the help possible money is very tight. Her father left us high and dry!!

The only free stuff I ever got was formula and formula checks from Enfamil, Similac and Nestle.  The other sites that promise free stuff are bogus and just get you lots of spam.  The formula companies are in heavy competition and feel they can afford to give away or discount a little of their product but really nobody else is going to give you anything free.  OK maybe a coupon good for a free baby shampoo or free A& D ointment but not a free stroller or something.  However look on craigslist for people selling things you would be surprised at how cheap some stuff can be just because it was used a few times.

check freecycle for your area, and when ever you're done with your baby's things and they are still in good condition, post them and let others have them-

less consumerism, less waste of resources, and less spent on items you only use

for a brief time!

You should check out http://www.sampleaday.com . They have all sorts of free samples. Its really nice to find a site that has the samples without the long surveys, or those d**n pay offers that they make you complete. Also you can sign up for their newsletters so you can get the free samples sent to your in box.

The last two links are new websites... they are pretty sweet even though they dont have as much as the sampleaday site. They are adding new ones though every day!

They post new things all day long....some days more than others.

I just got 3 bottles of Herbal Essences Shampoo, and 3 conditioners in the mail yesterday for filling out a survey for glamspotters.com.  I have to try them and then tell them how I feel about the product~  Great part is that I don't have to return or pay for any of them.  

Little things like this help a lot!

You can register on websites like enfamil (if you formula feed) pampers, huggies... Stuff like that. I know, its hard to find stuff like that. I HATE all those dumb questions. Good luck!

Not sure what country you live in but..

Look for online coupon websites. Usually they have freebies listed as well.

Also, check out all the baby brand websites from food to toys, etc.If they have contests or prizes then just fill them out with your address, etc... They will send you coupons and free stuff from time to time, when you're on their mailing list.
