Alot of fish markets might sell them.. But i havnt seen any milk fish around lately though..

You can buy frozen milk fish from a filipino store. the label will say bangus. some are marinated in vinegar, soy sauce and pepper ..  You can buy plain aswell i think.. Just ask someone who works in there, and they might be able to help.
