Where to find Tyrogue in Pokemon Pearl?

Hey, could anyone help answer this question? I have a Poke Radar and the National Pokedex. But I don't know where to find Tyrogue! Can anyone tell me where to find it, and how often?

Route 211 (use pokeradar) and route 208 (use pokeradar)

You can find it on Route 208 and route 211 west using a pokeradar you get from Rowan after getting the national dex.

go past eterna city and use the pk radar there

it shows up pretty often

don't go down cycling road

towards the cave but don't go in it
