I am getting married in October in Forest hills pa at a place known as the westinghouse lodge...Where can I find a JOP that will come to the ceremony to marry us?

will they even come to the ceremony or will we have to go to the actual office?

If you are looking for a  Justice of Peace in Pittsburgh, you will have to call the county clerk's office. Or, you can contact one through yellow page, as they are listed in the Yellow Pages.

Also, remember  that in PA you will have to apply for your marriage license in person, both the bride and groom, and after 3-day time period your marriage license will be  valid.
