If your friend's friend is a US service member, they should have all of the information necessary for a visit - if visits there are even allowed.

U.S. Military Hospital Kuwait is located at Camp Arifjan and is for wounded troops who will likely remain in theater. You can't just hop a plane and visit it. It is a tented care facility on post.

Most troops who are injured are transported out of theater to Landstuhl RMC in Germany. There families can visit their wounded guys and gals.
