Where to find a novelty moving hand

A few years ago at halloween time, I saw someone in a bar with a hand (like thing from adams family) that you could put a drink onto and it would walk off down the bar with it!!, I have since tried finding one but no look. Does anybody know where I can get one from??

I got two at Party city. I'd check at any halloween store or in the halloween aisles when it comes around halloween!!
