Where to find a teenage black and red dress?

Question

I'm having a vampire theme for my 16th birthday, and I'd like to wear a dress if at all possible.

Problem is, I haven't been able to find any good dresses and I DO NOT want a halloween costume. I want an actual dress that I could use outside of my vampire party.

I want it to be black and red, slightly short but not too short, and basically just a cute dress that I can use for normal formal events as well as this.

Hey, I'm not to sure about vampire dresses. However, I bought a Helena dress from hottopic, and it's absolutly gorgeous. I'm not sure if they still have it. You can take a look though.

i'm not sure. have you looked in hot topics? red and black are very UNcommon colors to put in a dress, usually dresses are a solid color, black and white, or opposite colors like green and pink. my guess, try hottopics.
