Where to find a transparent mask?

Might be a rather strange question, but would anyone know a website, or a store I can purchase a transparent female mask? http://www.mooncostumes.com/item/4261

I wanted to purchase this as a gag gift for my boyfriend. I've found numerous websites with them, but the shipping to Canada is OUTRAGEOUS! I haven't found any Canadian websites selling, and wanted to know if someone else knows of a site or store? I'm in Montreal, so the store that might be local to you might not be for me.

I appreciate any help at all!
