Where to find a very part time secretary in Los Angeles?

I'm trying to help someone find a very part time secretary in a Los Angeles office (maybe 3 hours 2 times a week). Most people want full time or at least part time work. Do you know how to find someone for just a few hours that is trustworthy?

Is there a term to describe a secretary who only works a few hours a week - like a traveling secretary of a freelance secretary?

Try Craigslist.org  If you live near a university, you might try there.  

You might have to pay a bit of a premium.  You have to pay them enough to pay for the gas and a meal, otherwise, it isn't worth it.
