Where to find articles about ruminants', rodents' & human's digestive system?

Question

I'm currently doing my biology project on the digestive systems of ruminants, rodents and humans. I need to look for how the digestive system works and how the food is being digested. But I dunno where to look for these in the internet. Most of the search results give me the answers not what I'm looking for. To make it clear, I'm searching for those articles suitable for middle school level to do my urgent bio project.
