Where to find company that will hire ex felons in sc

Is there a program or organization in South Carolina that will assist people who are ex-felons or on probation with obtaining jobs?

I don't know of a company or organization that helps with this.

However, if the felon approached a company and honestly explained his/her situation, I believe there are companies who we give the person a chance.

It is up to the felon to prove they have reformed and if given a chance,  they should plan to never be late, never cause problems, work some unpaid overtime, etc. to prove the person's trust.

One way to make this easier is to have a skill that is in demand.  This might mean getting some training, getting a degree, etc.
