Many handphone shops along the streets (I don't mean the small shops, the big shops can also sell them, too). You can take a taxi or "xe ôm" for convenience and save time to searching for it.

I would imagine if you went into a phone shop and asked, or asked a xe om driver to take you you could probably find what you are looking for.

Why you want a fake Iphone?  In a month or so you can buy real one for that price.  Unless you need it for a fake conversation to yourself.
