  2. The only source of free historical option price data (as far as I know) is

    http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/default...

    You have to enter the symbol with "=" before the last to characters of the option symbol, such as HOV=RA for HOVRA.

    To get the entire option chain you would have to enter each symbol in the chain separately and record the results.

    If you are willing and able to pay you can get historical data from

    http://www.marketdataexpress.com/

    but the prices are fairly high.
