Where to find herbal soup in Singapore??

Hi everyone! Do you know where to find SHOP/RESTAURANT that serve CHINESE herbal soup or food that COOL down body HEATINESS.

What soup or food will help?

For  Restaurant ,,Metropole Herbal Restaurant  ( # 01-12 Clarke Quay,tel,63330398 ) is special for find Traditional Chinese Herbal Cuisine and soups,even proved " made to order of you only " by Chinese Doctor check you body need and do it after ! * for cool down only , there is many Chinese Medical shop around , ask for " Lain Tae " will do. or better drink " Five Flowers Tea " you can get this even at supermarket, just boil you self ! the very sample way is drink " Jia Jia " coffer shop/supermarket /7-11 is selling, very good  for  little Heartiness .

Try this yourself at home. Easy to prepare -

Buy 1 slice of Winter Melon (from market or supermarket) - Price about S$1.20 sufficient

Buy some pork bones or chicken bones (for the soup stock) - Price about S$1.50 sufficient

2 slices ginger

Use slow cooker. Fill in water and pork/chicken bones + sliced winter melon (without skin). Add salt / sugar to taste. Boil on high heat for approximately 2 hours then turn down to low heat. Ready to drink in about 4 hours.

This soup is also good for slimming.

Alternatively, buy ready-made chrysanthemum tea (plain) or barley drink and it can also help reduce body heatiness. You can get it from those traditional chinese medicine shops. Cost - S$1.20 approx per bottle.

wow.. i think u can get at every hawker centres around the neighbourhood and foodcourts in malls.

if u want restuarant, u can try any crystal jade branches, soup kitchen or chinese restaurants.

if u wanna change your mind to drinks rather than soups. nearly all chinese herbal shops sell it in bottles or cups right at the door step.
