Where to find list of public health initiatives in Egypt?

I'm looking for a website that lists all of the different programs happening in Egypt regarding water management, like US AID, UNESCO, UNICEF, etc. I can't seem to find any concise listings! How do public health officials know that their own initiatives aren't duplicating the work of others?

  1. Go to the website of UN.

  2. There is no such web site. There *might* be a list of such initiatives compiled by the government, an NGO or a UN agencies of these initiatives but not available on the web. How do health officials know if their initiatives aren't duplicating the work of others? Often, they don't. Various NGOs, UN agencies and government officials do try to network with one another, informally, to know who is doing what.

Using the web, look for the contact information for some health initiatives, and write them directly to ask if they have such a list. You will need to say why you want such a list, how you intend to use it, etc.
