Where to find otaku clothes/accessories (on a budget)?

Where can I find wallet-friendly otaku clothes/accesories for back-to-school? Can someone help me please?

The easy answer is of course on the web, like ebay or craigslist. Sometimes their delivery is fast and sometimes slow.

If you're in a hurry you can always head to the area with the most asian people (not being racist here), and they would usually have something. Although you would usually have to search a bit harder.

The last option, which is my favorite and what i do, is to make it yourself. No caring about age or experience, you can always silkscreen a design on your clothing or make your own accessories. This i think is the cheapest method, tho it might take more time.
