Have you tried a toy store for the ouija boards or ordering it on amazon.com?

Usually any store that sells toys and board games will also sell ouija boards - here they are Toys R Us, Walmart, etc., so check at those sorts of stores in your area.   If you can't find one to buy, why not make one.  It is not hard to do.  Here are a couple of links that explain how.
