Where to find people who need my pet sitting services?

I own a pet sitting and dog walking service but I need clients. I've tried ads all over the net even placing several of my own, but no one replies. Where can i find people in hagerstown, Maryland that need my services? I even put up flyers, didn't work. HELP!!!!

Economy sucks, people are cutting costs.....My guess is paying someone to walk or sit with fido is one of the first to go.
