Where to find pinatas?

Im looking for a person or place that makes pinatas in Ankara, Turkey.

You're probably going to have to make your own.  The easiest way is to buy rubber balloons, fill them with the little trinkets or candy that you want inside the pinata, inflate them and assemble them into the shape that you want the pinata to take.  Then make papier-mache out of old newspaper and paste and cover the balloons.  Allow to dry completely, then stick a pin through the pinata to break all the balloons.  Finish with tempera paints, hang, and whack it!
