Where to find poster frames?

I need a 40"x60" poster frame! all the ones i have found on the internet are atleast $100. Does anyone know where i could find one that is not so expensive?

Besides the craft stores that sell assembled frames, some craft and some hardware stores sell framing kits where you buy the two sides and the two ends in the sizes you want and they come with corner clips to put them together.

  Be aware that if you want glass or acylic to fit this size frame, you will be looking at $50-60 or more just for that.
