There is a restaurant in China town called " The Golden Century " if you can find someone who speaks chinese, that can order it, they do a snake congee, which is a rice soup with braised snake meat in it!

There is a little place at The Rocks which has a big sign on the front. The sign says Real Estate Agents. There are a few snakes in there. Just go in, select the one you want, belt him on the head and snig him home. They are very thick skinned but reasonably tasty if mixed with braised Lawyer.
