Have a craving for bubble tea. Where do I find the best bubble-tea in sg? Excluding sweettalk.

And

I love sushi, and teppanyaki. Where are the best japanese restaraunts in sg?

For the japanese restaraunts, i have unlimited budget. So give me the best and most expensive ones if needed.

sg?  Where is that?  Southern Georgia?  San Gabriel?  South Germany?

Bubble tea basically doesn't exist in Japan, so I'd avoid any place that has both bubble tea and Japanese food if you're after something authentic.  Bubble tea is Taiwanese and popular in other parts of Asia, but not in Japan.
