Where to find the youtube temporary file?

I heard from my teacher that you can get youtube temporary file (file that was downloaded for browser viewing) and it's believe to be stored in part of the hard disc. Where to find it? I need the address. Thx

If you mean to download the video, then Firefox has an add-on that will do all the work for you. Search for 'download youtube video firefox' and install the add-on. Then go to the youtube page, click the button to download, choose were you want to save it! Much simplier than searching the harddrive for the file - have you seen how many files can be stored in the temporary files folder??

its usually in a temp folder somewhere - click Start > Find > choose All files and folders ; in the search box put *.flv and it should eventually bring up the file you are looking for , probably with a weird name tho
