Where to find user manual?

I am experiencing difficulty with my machine. All the thread from the bobbin and the needle is gathering and the machine is sticking. It's probably because I have not threaded the needle correctly but I am unable to check it as I have no user manual. Does anyone know where I can get a dowload of the user manual?Many thanks Tom.
