For vintage men's hats, check Rotman's on Spadina. A very old-fashioned hat shop (it does not have a phone) run by a very old East European gentleman. Hats are expensive but I hear they're high quality and the man really knows his stuff.

For modern-made vintage-inspired hats, try Big It Up. The main store is at 58 Spadina Ave, just south of King on the west side. There's also a smaller one in the Eaton Centre.
