Where to find young, intelligent black women?

I have lived in the ghetto all my life and I'm tired of girls acting ghetto

I think that it is hard to find a good black woman in the ghetto. I lived there during my childhood. My husband is ethiopian and I am hispanic. So you might consider looking outside of your race. Also, If you want to find a good black woman you are going to find her in a college campus, in a library, park or work. Do not meet any women in clubs or parties and expect them to be intelligent. Then you should move if you don't like the people where you live.  You can find them anywhere, but it may be that you're not intelligent, so they don't feel attracted to YOU.  This question seems to exemplify that.
