Where to get FM RADIO LICENCE in PUNE?

I want to set up a private FM Radio Station in Pune. But I dont know where to acquire the licence from. So if anyone can please help me, I would really be thankful..

In India Radio Transmission related matter handled by WPC, Sanchar Bhawan, Ministry of Communication, New Delhi.

So you will not get any Govt. Authority at Pune, Maharastra.  You please contact with WPC at Delhi.  They will guide you to get your private FM Radio Staion at Pune.
