Where to get Pepper Spray in York, PA?

I'm 18, and I'm traveling on bus from York, Pa, to Northern Michigan. The trip will take a long time and I would like to have some protection JUST in case. I am wondering if it is even legal for me to carry it through the three states and where I can get it if it is legal in PA, OH, and MI.
