Where to get a good haircut in Milan?

Preferably English speaking ones....

I am sort of on a small budget but then again, can suggest any budget range...

Don't ask me to search on the internet or anything like 'yellow pages'!

someone I know had their hair done recently and paid so much and was badly done (communication problems I suppose...don't want to risk using Italian too much as I feel I am not at that stage to describe such things)....
