Where to get a tool that can help u open bottles and jars ect?

mum has trouble opening things said she had something that had loads of different sizes to open jars and bottles ect but was from car boot and she lost it where can i buy one from

  3. Lakeland, have a look at their site online, or get her to ask the ladies at an Age Concern charity shop, sometimes they have these things in stock.

    The secret of opening tight bottles and jars is to break the seal. Do this by banging the jar lid on a surface ie; wooden chopping board, works every time.

  5. You can loads of gadgets from your local disablity shop. One person mentioned rubber bands. Yes they are great, If mum doesn't want to do that, she could use a rubber glove. There are some great jar and tin opening aids on the link below too.
