Where to get adjustment nut for 1999 mongoose maneuver?

My adjustment nut fell off and I need to find a place to get a new one. Any idea?

What are you adjusting? There are tons of nuts and bolts and screws on a bike....

EDIT: Thats a bike shop part. They may have a used quick release somewhere that they can sell you cheap. If the QR nut fell off you may be missing the springs as well so be sure to get a couple while you are there.
