I am looking to change toe shifter pedal that comes standard on kawasaki ninja 250. Shifting gears up by toes leave marks on my shoes. So i am looking for heel/toe shifter so that I can shift gear up by pushing heel instead sliding shoes under toe pedal.

  1. they sell shoes protectors on ebay for about $10

or just get yourself a pair of riding shoes/boots

don't think anyone makes heel shifters for sports bikes =/

even one as small as 250cc

  2. how about getting some riding boots made for motorcycles?

then you won't be squidding it up, and you won't look dumb with a HT shifter on a sport bike...

and you won't scuff your shoes

  3. Sew a piece of shag carpet, the same diameter as the shift lever and glue it to the rubber.

    Lots of people do that.

  4. i dont think the aftermarket products for this model have yet been fully exploited but give it some time and due to its pricepoint there will ban many of these on the streets and many parts for them.

  5. they make rubber slipon covers for your shoes that prevent that

try cycle gear they usually have them in stock

  6. Thats the dumbest thing ever don't do that.
