Where to get an electric guitar in Edmonton?

I know a person in edmonton that says he got a guitar that comes with a stand, some pics, an electric guitar, and an amplifyer for about 220 bucks, but I was wondering, can I get a cheaper deal, like only with an eletric guitar and an amplifyer for like a cheaper deal? I live in a small town and I don't think there's a music store anywhere in town.
