  1. forever 21, charlotte russe, wet seal

  2. hm

    forever21

    thrift stores

  3. Honestly, you have to look around and just find random things.

Go into every semi-interesting store and just take a peek.

You'll be a lot more 'artsy' looking if you find stuff on your own where other people have bought it.

If you live near a city I'll bet there are a lot of little hippy-like botiques. Actually maybe not it depends where you live.

  4. www.hottopic.com

    great clothes

  5. vintage boutiques and the salvation army

  6. forever 21 and h&m

  7. Urban Behavior, Wet Seal, H&M, Metro Park.

  9. Thrift stores. They have some rare cool things in them. Sometimes you can find ones that are catered to younger people, so the clothes are better. If you get something there, no one else will have it!

  10. ANTHROPOLOGIE!  It's the best.

Oh, Anthro isn't that cheap...but they have a sale room where you can find some good deals.

I also find fun layering pieces at Target sometimes...
