  1. look on your pokedex and it will show you the area and highlight it


  2. get a national dex and a poke ader then use on route 209 210 quite rare

  3. Route 209, 210 (use Pokeradar) but you need to have the national dex so that you talk to the girl that is your friends sister, you then get a swarm of miltank. Hope it helps.
