Where to get mario super sluggers card?

on Nick.com find the Teen Nick home page and at the top there is a Mario Super Star Sluggers ad. click the add and click login to claim your card. do the same thing with 4kids.tv. go to the sonic x page, and on the bottom left there is another ad. you can RARELY find the ads on cartoonnetwork.com, but the only card there is is blue pianta or whatever.

The teen nick website has a lot, you just have to refresh the page, as the 4kids website does. Millsberry has some, although it's a very low chance, I saw around 3 ads in an hour, as does Cartoon Network. But the official site says 'Any kids friendly site', so I'd try a lot of places.
