  1. That depends on how many guests you want.  I live by the beach & we were originally looking into that over here.  Most of them charge you a permit fee but they don't allow chairs so it's standing room only which is kind of a bummer.  If you do it on a cliff overlooking the water it's the same thing, just the cost of the permit but normally no seating.  Then you'll pay for the Officiant, your dress, his tux, everything for the wedding party unless you want to have people pay for their own.  The ceremony can be fairly inexpensive.  If it's right on the sand then they might let you put up an arch & you'll need a florist for that unless you want to use artificial flowers.

The expensive part would be the reception.  I don't know where you live but I couldn't find anything beach front that was under $120/pp and that didn't include alcohol.  You could do the wedding on the sand for cheap & then have the reception in a friend's backyard nearby.

  2. you want a class reunion with wedding -i don't think that's would be good---a wedding should be close friends an relatives a class reunion is mostly acquaintances dear unless you had more then a few real close friends( as most of had a handful)-not big as a wedding   i would rethink your plans! Sit and think of your real true friends so you enjoy the day better id think--more fun with close people then classmates--do classmates another time. go to   www.gatherings.com

  3. you realize that you asked where you can get "To inflict damage, especially disfiguring damage, on."  This is the definition of marred.  See link below.  I would say, go to a lion's den or bear cave.

Always wanted to get married on a beautiful island in the Gulf of Mexico?  The ceremony takes place on a remote island in the Gulf close to Clearwater Beach, Tampa and St. Petersburg and includes a full BBQ lunch.

Your party is taken to the island by sailboat and you are shuttled from the sailboat to the island where the wedding ceremony will be performed.  All food is prepared and cooked over a charcoal grill on the island in full view.  There are several different menus to suits everyone's taste and budget, served with beverages and choice of salads.

Since this is an island wedding, it's VERY casual...beach chairs and umbrellas.  If you would like a traditional "sit down" dinner at a table, there will be additional set up/delivery charges for table and chair rental.

After your bellies are full and you've had the best day of your life you are returned to the sailboat and sail back to the dock. The entire proceeding lasts for approximately 7-8 hours.

If you choose our optional mini-honeymoon package, your guests will be shuttled to the dock leaving you to enjoy the rest of your special evening alone.

  5. My husband and I got married on the bank of a lake in a park.  We did not do a big fancy wedding.  The flowers in the park were our flowers.  God's sweet nature was our sanctuary.  We spent a total of just under $100.00 including my dress and shoes.  We invited family and VERY FEW friends.  If they came, fine, if not that was fine too.  After wards, we went out to a restaurant for dinner--everyone paid their own way and it was only those that wanted to go.  No pressure on anyone.

Our wedding was very nice and memorable, and we are just as married as those who spend thousands on their weddings.  We both enjoy laughing at people who spend thousands on their weddings and go into debt for weddings---that is just vain and dumb.  Do something nice like what we did and you will be so much more happy.
