Where to get or how to make a fuse...?

i need a long, waterproof, big fuze, it would help me a lot, if you are wondering what im doing im making a firewok, i actually already made it, now i just need a fuze, no worries, we will distance our selves and go to a large field and to a state that its legal in, im in utah now so does utah have a fuse like this anywhere? or will i need to go somewhere else?? if you disaprove of this just dont answer...that simple....and again i know wut im doing. im just having trouble finding a fuze.

I can't guarantee waterproof fuses, never used them never needed to.  But fuses themselves might be found at a theatre supply store that supplies pyro needs as well as old world firearms stores, the kind that replicate working 18th century cannons and such, they are really rare and few between.

If you have a pyro licence granted by the FEDs (Homeland Security) then you could get better access AND LESS HASSLE to replace explosive materials.
