Where to get paint that can be applied under water?

I would need to patch up some rust stains in a full pool.

I myself would go to a marine or pool type business...You didn't give enough info, what are you trying to paint?

go to the pool shop & they can either sell u some paint or tell u where to get it

good answer gobonzzo,  there is no paint that can be applied underwater, however there are plenty of paint products that are waterproof and water resistant... Unfortunatly your'e going to have to get the water level below the affected area...   as gobonzzo said,  you should prep and prime the rust spots 1'st.. Go online to "In The Swim" they have all the  Pool Paint that is right for your application.

Drain the pool.  You will need to treat the rust first before you paint it, and you cannot do that underwater.
