Where to get raw, unfinished wood?

Question

I live in Utah, is there anyone out there who is familiar enough with Utah to know where to get unfinished wood? I want bowls and plates and other such things. I want to be able to handle the product before I buy it as well.

If there is anyone with any kind of knowledge related to this, please let me know!
