Where to get some sun in October?

Question

25 degrees plus, less than 6 hours flight from the UK NOT in the Balearic's or canary Islands and not Egypt.

*not that I'm fussy or anything!*

Bulgaria - went there a month ago and it wasn't even peak time yet. It was well over 35 degrees too, with clean beaches and good sea. I went with me mate and went snorkelling every morning!

If you really want sun then you have to compromise. Go to Dubai.  It is 7-7.5 hours flight away.

You wont get those temps in Balearic's in october, or Bulgaria, it is like the UK except during the summer they get a summer-  Costa Del Sol or Gibraltar or Tunisia is about the only places.

Last November I went to Cyprus.  It was great and warm enough to swim in the pool.

I know where I'm going.  The same place that I go every September or October, the Costa del Sol.  The temperature should be between 23*-28* and, unless you are very unlucky, it should be sunny too.   Last year, I went in March, May, September & November and, apart from one evening in September when it rained, the weather was great.   Drink and food prices, in Benalmadena/Arroyo, are still very reasonable, local transport is cheap & frequent, there's loads to do and, of course, the flight time is only just over 2 hrs.

Morroco

i went last october and it was an amazingly hot nice tempreture

4 hour flight

but if ur blonde i suggest taking lots of kaftans etc if u leave the resort because the people there proposition blonde ppl alot =S

plus if you buy argon oil (made by some local trees out there) it will make u tan really well

i loved it there...the atmosphere and culture was amazing
