First, your writing or typing skills are terrible...

There really is no such thing as a "best antenna". There is no complex design or engineering involved, relatively speaking.

The web site below lets you input your address or zip code and it will tell you how far you are from various broadcast towers. This will then tell you what sort of gain your antenna needs.

Get an omni directional antenna (one you do not have to aim) if possible. Depending on the amount of coax and number of spliiters you have on theh line, you will have to consider if you need an amplified antenna or not. Clearly the goal is to get what you need but to avoid spending more than needed.
