Where to get/the name of something you put on fabric to stop acrylic paint coming out in the wash?

does anyone know where i could get something to put onto fabric so that acrylic paints wont come out in the wash?

ive been told about it but i have no idea what its called

or even just a brand that i could look for

use 'textile medium' 50/50 with acrylic paint.

once you have your design painted on and has dried take some baking paper and place it over the parts which are painted.then iron for about 3-4 mins. this should last for about 25 washes before fading out!

most acrylics do not need anything but heat to make them permanent.

Take and lay a sheet over once dried and put a iron NO STEAM over it

You can also buy acrylic markers that are permanent for clothes i always liked using them
