Dear Mr. Abhi,

You can get the attestation on true copies of your certificates by all Gazetted Officers near to your place.  All Government High School Head Masters, College Principals, Local Revenue Officers, Health Officers, Doctors at Government Hospitals, Education Officers..... are all Gazetted Officers.

You can also approach the " Notary Public " to get attestation.  Take originals along with you, take couple of more photocopies, for any future requirement. Get the signature along with the Officers seal.
